Councilmember Strommen asked if using the Lawful Gambling Funds as proposed in the budget will <br />have an impact on the parks, and if they will be robbing Peter to pay Paul. <br />Public Works Director Olson replied in a nutshell it does; projects could possibly be paid for by park <br />dedication and delayed to some extent. <br />Interim City Administrator Nelson indicated the Lawful Gambling Funds can be discussed further at the <br />budget discussion on July 31. She stated Paul Donna will be present at the worksession to discuss the <br />bonds.
