3) Dedication to Fallen Minnesota Soldiers <br />Councilmember Look announced that resident John Enstrom will be putting on a dedication to <br />honor Minnesota fallen heroes with a monument commemorating Minnesota soldiers who gave <br />their lives in the War on Terror. There will be a military exhibit, food and beverages, and <br />monster trucks for the kids. Mr. Enstrom is working on securing an apache helicopter and is <br />working with the Pentagon to work out a military flyover. The event will be on Sunday, <br />September 2, at 10:00 a.m. at Veterans Park, located at 8702 - 181 Avenue NW, Ramsey. <br />Councilmember Cook also gave out Mr. Enstrom's phone number to contact. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried. <br />The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 9:10 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Heidi A.
