CASE # ', <br />PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION FOR OFF -SALE WINE LICENSE <br />MIDWEST WINES; CASE OF MIDWEST WINES INC. <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background: <br />Steven and Michelle Le Roy, known as Midwest Wines Inc., have properly applied for an off - <br />sale intoxicating liquor license to sell wine at 13949 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Ramsey. This is <br />the former Hot Stop site. This is a request for a new business. Enclosed is a copy of the <br />application materials and public hearing notice. Insurance certificates will be forwarded to the <br />City upon approval of this license by the Council <br />Police Chief Way's office has completed the background investigation and found everything to <br />be in order.
