Johnson, Inc. for the Ramsey Master Housing Plan and to direct the HRA Executive <br />Director to enter into a Service Agreement with Bennett Community Consulting for the Master <br />Housing Plan at a cost not to exceed $4,200.00 <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Dehen. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Habitat for Humanity Request for Letter of Endorsement Relating to <br />Application for Minnesota Housing and Finance Association (MHF A) <br />Funding <br /> <br />HRA Executive Director Sylvia Frolik stated Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity is proposing to <br />submit an application to MHFA for $160,000 in Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF) <br />assistance for the 2008 phase of the townhomes being constructed in Town Center Gardens 3rd <br />Addition. Community endorsement is a must for the proposal submittal. Staff recommends that <br />the HRA Chair be authorized to sign the letter of endorsement on behalf of the HRA. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Gamec, seconded by Commissioner Jeffrey, to authorize Chairperson <br />Olson to issue a letter to the MHF A endorsing the Habitat for Humanity project in Town Center <br />Gardens 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Olson, Commissioners Gamec, Jeffrey, Elvig, Look, <br />and Strommen. Voting No: None.
