RESERVES AND DESIGNATED FUND EQUITY <br />Page 1 <br />Because prepayments and deferrals are not current financial resources, the City's fund balances are reserved <br />by the amount presented in the asset balance. As of December 31, 1990, the following reservation has been <br />made: <br />General Fund - <br />Reserved for Prepaid $66,246 <br />Mary, I would insert this after the Water and Sewer fund reservation note, but before the "designations". <br />Also, noted our "Notes" from last year had (continued) after the first heading for Note 11. It of course, <br />shouldn't be there. <br /> <br />
