ENTERPRISE FUND INFORMATION (continued) <br />Since there is only one Enterprise Fund, all segment information per- <br />tinent to the fund is reflected in the financial statements. <br />The following funds were created during the fiscal year ended <br />December 31, 1988: <br />Special Revenue Funds - <br />Landfill Abatement <br />Capital Project Funds - <br />Rum River Drainage District <br />The City had the usual and customary type of miscellaneous claims <br />pending at year -end, mostly of a minor nature and usually all covered <br />by insurance carried for that purpose. At the present time, there is <br />no significant litigation pending not covered by the City's insurance. <br />Subsequent to December 31, 1988, the City purchased a parcel of land <br />for $60,000. The City made a down payment of $3,750 and the remaining <br />balance is being paid in quarterly installments of $4,225 beginning <br />July 1, 1989, and ending April 1, 1993. <br />-33- <br />
