CASE #1: <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TO BOARD <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Business Park 95 Covenants states that two of the members of the Board shall be <br />property owners within the Business Park. Mr. Dean Sundquist is no longer a property <br />owner in the Park and in that event, the Covenants states that the Board shall appoint <br />another property owner to finish out the term. The terms of the property owners on the <br />Board expire each year on March 31. Each March there is to be an election by all <br />property owners in the Business Park to appoint 2 property owners to the Board. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Mr. Julian Johnson is a property owner in the Park and has volunteered to finish out the <br />term of Mr. Dean Sundquist, with Mr. Bob Perovich as his alternate. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends appointment of Mr. Julian'Johnson to the Business Park 95 <br />Architectural Review Board with Mr. Bob Perovich as an alternate. <br /> <br />Board Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Appoint Mr. Julian Johnson to the Architectural Review Board with Mr. Bob <br />Perovich as an alternate for a term to expire on March 31, 1998. <br /> <br />ARB: 09/10/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
