Staff anticipates that the
City Council \~~Jl revie\v the Site Plan for the storage facility at their September 11 th, 2007 meeting.

Zoning: All 3 existmg lots are currently zoned E-1 Employment. The City Council 'will also be
considering your rezoning request for the 2 corner parcels at the August 28th meeting.

The self-storage facility is a permitted use in the E-l Employment District, and the commercial retail
buildings are permitted in the B-1 Business District.
