This fee will need to be paid before the City can release the final <br />plat for ree-ording. <br /> <br />Storm 'Vater Management Fee: The Stormwater Management Fee will be charged as part of the Site <br />Plan approval. The 2007 rate is $4,151.00 per commercial/industrial acre. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive to review your preliminary plat and rezoning requests.
