<br />- 18 - <br /> <br />furnish a certificate signed by an officer of the Association <br /> <br />setting forth whether the assessments on a specified Lot have <br /> <br />been paid. A properly executed certificate of the Association as <br /> <br />to the status of assessments on a lot is binding upon the <br /> <br />Association as of its issuances. <br /> <br />Section 6.8 Proceaures for Fixing Assessments. The <br />Association shall fix the date of commencement and the amount of <br /> <br />the assessment of each Lot for each assessment period, and give <br />written notice of the amounts and dates to the respective Owners <br /> <br />the::-eof, at least fifteen (15) days in advance of such period', <br />and shall prepare a roll of the Lots and assessments 'applicable <br />thereto, which shall be kept in the office of the Association and <br /> <br />shall be open to inspection by Owner. The Association shall, <br /> <br />upon demand cf any Owner, mortgagee, title company or realtor <br />involved ~n the sale of such Owner's Lot and for a reasonable <br /> <br />adm.:.f.is:.::ative fee, furnish to such person a certificate in <br /> <br />wri~ing sigued by an officer of the Association setting forth any <br />unpaid assessments and related fees and costs against such <br />~'n~rls Lot. Such certificate shall be conclusive evidence of <br /> <br />payment or non-payment of any assessment relating to the Lot in <br />question.
