<br />- 22 - <br /> <br />Section 7.2 Premiums a Common Exp~nse. All insurance <br /> <br />premiums required to be paid by the Association pursuant to this <br />Article VII shell be a Common Expense, and shall be assessed <br /> <br />uniformly among the Owners. <br />Section 7.3 Collection of Insurance Proceeds. Nothing <br />contained in this Article VII shall be construed to make the <br /> <br />title company responsible for collection or non-=ollection of any <br /> <br />insurance proceeds; said parties being responsible sole'y for the <br /> <br />insurance proceeds which come into its hanc~. The Association <br /> <br />shall promptly ~ollect or cause to be collected fr~m the <br /> <br />insurance carrier, the proceeds of the policies covering t~e <br /> <br />damage. <br /> <br />Section 7.4 Condemnation a!'~ :::.m::'nent Domait.. In the event of <br /> <br />a taking of any part of a Common Driveway by condemnation cr <br /> <br />eminent domain, the fcllowing provisions shall govern: <br /> <br />a. In the event that the initial award or settlement ~ade <br />by the authority prosecuting the condemnation or e~inen~ <br />domain prqceeding is ~n excess of $10,000, the <br />obliga tion to recons truct and resto!:e shall be <br />determined pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.3 <br />through 7.5. <br /> <br />b. In any case where a decision to reconstruct is made, the <br />procedures for the receipt, escrow and disbursments of <br />funds, and other matters relating to such reconstructior. <br />shall be determined under this Article VII and shall be <br />substantially similar to a case involving damage or <br />destruction. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IX <br />ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL <br /> <br />Section 9.1 Restrictions on Alterations.
