<br />Also <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1 Haubrich Addition <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 26, 2006, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary <br />plat of the Skyline Pointe subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.02 (Major Subdivision), Subd. 5 (Final Plat) (a) of the Ramsey <br />City Code states that following approval of a preliminary plat, the applicant shall file a final plat <br />for consideration by the City Council within one year of preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.02 (Major Subdivi~ion), Subd. 5 (Final Plat) (a) of the Ramsey <br />City Code further states that subsequent to the one year deadline, the Council may extend the <br />period upon written application by the subdivider and subject to all applicable performance <br />conditions and requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 10, 2006, the City received a written communication from the <br />Skyline Partners, LLC requesting a one-year extension for submittal of a final plat for the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF l\fiNNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a one year extension to September 26,2008 <br />for the Developer to submit a fmal plat for the Skyline Pointe subdivision to the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the sarrie: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 28th day of August, 2007. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-08-_ <br />Page 2 of3 <br /> <br />-168- <br /> <br />
