<br />1. Communications <br />Will be staffed by Search, Rescue, Recovery Reserves ofMN, a well respected <br />organization. They will be operating from a communication trailer with Ham <br />radio and Police band hook ups. Walkie Talkies will be used by the grounds <br />people. <br /> <br />2. Security Personal <br />A. Sherburne Co Sheriff has asked to help <br />B. Elk river Police has asked to help <br />C. Many organizations have also asked to help <br />D. Five dog search team on site. <br />3. Medical <br />Medical tent will be provided and staffed by paramedic and 4 E.M.T. People <br />4. Parking <br />A civil Air Patrol, Boy Scouts, R.O.T.C. and a group from Wisconsin will control <br />traffic parking <br />5. People Movers <br />4 or 5 people mover wagons will assist in moving people from parking area to <br />Events <br />6. Handicap Parking <br />A special parking area will be provided for Handicap Parking <br />7. PA <br />A public address system will be on site for announcements and dedication <br />8. Fire Protection <br />A. Ramsey fire fighters will be on duty for fireworks <br />B. all food vendors will have Fire Extinguishers <br />C. Fire Extinguishers will be in various places on site <br />9. Garbage <br />A. Dumpsters will be provided for event trash <br />B. Trash barrels will be scattered about the entire area <br />10. Bathrooms <br />Many porta potties will be available, provided by Jimmy's Johnnys.
