<br />CC# 9 <br /> <br />INTRODUCE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE #06-31 ESTABLISHING <br />PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE <br />COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Diana Lund, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey's 2007 schedule of rates, fees and charges was adopted by City <br />Council on November 28, 2006 per Ordinance #06-31. The 2007 schedule needs to be <br />an1ended as such: <br /> <br />1. The City is looking to amend Chapter 5 of the City Code at tonight's meeting. <br />The amendment to the Code would require the addition of various administrative <br />citations and abatements. The amendment to the fee schedule would reflect these <br />additions. <br />The City is proposing the following fee schedule for administrative citations and <br />abatements: <br />Violations of 6.03.08 - Prohibited Parking <br />Violations of 6.03.19 - Time Zone Parking <br />Violations of9.11.08 Off Street Parking <br />Violations of 5.08.04 - Public Nuisance <br />Violations of 5.09 - Animals <br />Violations of5.11 - Dumping of Garbage & Refuse <br />Violations of 6.04 - Recreational Veludes <br />Violations of7.81 - Construction <br />Violations of9.12 - Signs <br /> <br />Abatement Administration Fee <br /> <br />$25.00 <br />$25.00 <br />$25.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$25.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$50.00 <br /> <br />25% of cost of abatement or <br />$750/whicheverisless <br /> <br />2.
