<br />Councilmember _ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-08-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 07-32 FOX RIDGE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 24,2007, City Council adopted Resolution #07-07 XXX accepting <br />plans and specifications and authorizing the solicitation of bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Improvement Project #07-32, <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the sixteen bids that were received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br />Doboszenski and Sons Inc. <br />Dryden Excavating, Inc. <br />Hydrocon, Inc. <br />Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. <br />Imperial Developers <br />New Look Contracting, Inc. <br />Metro Utilities Inc. <br />Northwest Asphalt, Inc. <br />G.L.
