<br />c'-Lf <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE PAYMENT TO RES SPECIALTY PYROTECHNICS FOR <br />PYROTECHNIC SERVICES FOR 2007 HAPPY DAYS <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Management Intern <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Happy Days Committee has recommended that the 2007 Happy Days Festival include a <br />fireworks display. Staff has been working with RES Pyrotechnics and BOB FM to produce a <br />fireworks display for Saturday, September 15th at 10 p.m. A fireworks display has been <br />advertised in the Happy Days event flyer as the "BOB FM Sky Concert" in the Ramsey Resident. <br />Flyers will be distributed to local businesses in the following weeks. <br /> <br />The contract with RES Pyrotechnics is for $5,000, as recommended by the Happy Days <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Funding Source: <br /> <br />Happy Days Account.
