<br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />.......;........ . -..'- ...... ,..:-..-........'....'..... <br />Councihnember J effreyCintroduced the' following resqluti6].1and movedforlts~doption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07..07459A <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0799 RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM CITY OF RAMSEY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO ALLOW <br />FOR A TEMPORARY WELL HOUSE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15050 <br />ARMSTRONG BL VDNW FOR AN INTERIM PERIOD 'OF TIME. <br /> <br />City of Ramsey Public Works Department, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to place a <br />temporary well house on the same parcel as Fire Station # 1 for an interim period of time on the <br />property generally known as 15050 Armstrong Blvd NWand legally described as follows: <br /> <br />THE E 466 FT OF N 466 FT OF SEl/4 OF SEl/40F SEC 20 TWP Y 32 ROE 25, EX RD, <br />SUBJ TO EASE OF REC <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the . Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on July 11th, 2007 and that the <br />public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is approximately 4.33 acres in size and is zoned Public/Quasi <br />Public; the surrounding properties are zoned R-l Residential. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That Section 9.03.06(1) (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code allows for <br />interim uses to allow a use for a limited period of time that reasonably utilizes the <br />property where it is not reasonable to utilize it in the manner provided by the <br />comprehensive guide and to allow a use that is presently acceptable but that, with <br />anticipated development will not be acceptable in the future. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the Applicant submitted an application requesting an Interim Use Permit to place a <br />temporary well house on the Subject Property to provide chemical feedJor Wells 7 & 8. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That a water treatn'lent plant is planned next to the proposed temporary well house and the <br />temporary well house will no longer be needed upon construction of the proposed water <br />treatment plant. <br /> <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary well house shall confonn to the State. Fire and Building <br />Codes. <br /> <br />That the proposed placement of the temporary modular office structure will comply with <br />all applicable setbacks in the Public/Quasi Public zoning district. <br /> <br />That access will be gained through the existing fire Station <br /> <br /> <br />
