<br /> <br />> ~t~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for itsa4option: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-07-159B <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ALLOWING THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A TEMPORARY WELL HOUSE STRUCTURE ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15050 ARMSTRONG BLVD NW, BASED ON FINDINGS <br />OF FACT #0799 AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City of Ramsey Public Works Department, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to <br />place a temporary wooden well house structure on the same parcel as the existing Fire Station #1 <br />for an interim period of time on the property generally known as 15050 Armstrong BlvdNW and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />THE E 466 FT OF N 466 FT OF SEl/40F SE1I4 OF SEC 20 TWP Y 32 ROE 25, EX RD, <br />SUBJ TO EASE OF REC <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July nth, 2007 to review the request for <br />an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary well house constructed of wood frame on the Subject <br />Property for an interim period of time and conducted a public hearing. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on July 24th, 2007 to review the request for an Interim <br />Use Permit to place a temporary well house constructed of wood frame on the Subject Property <br />for an interim period of time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall be allowed to install and utilize a temporary well house on the <br />Subject Property effective upon the date of City Council approval and expiring five (5) years <br />from the date of City Council approval, July 24th, 2012. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee shall adhere to all State Fire and Building Codes regarding the installation <br />and utilization of the temporary well house structure constructed of wood frame materials. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee is required to obtain a building permit for the temporary well house. <br /> <br />4) That this Permit shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or amended in any respect <br />unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. <br /> <br />5) That the City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br /> <br />,.,;\i':S> <br />
