FOR <br />RADIO OPERATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Milestone Radio, hereinafter referred to 'a,s the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory bilildil1g exceeding the amount of <br />allowed accessory building space on propertylegally described as follows: <br /> <br />Unit 101, 102, and 103, CIC No. 242 ,Ramsey Condo, together With common <br />element, Subject to~asement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BElT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OFTJIE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findingspffact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />I. That the Applicant app~ared before the Planning Commission for a public);1e,aring pursuant <br />to Ramsey City Code on July 11,2007, and that said,publiche~ring was properly advertised <br />and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned B-2 Business. . <br /> <br />3. That the site currently has a 7,200 square foot Common Interest Commupity (CIC)office <br />building. <br /> <br />4. That the Applicant has submitted a site plan to construct an eighty (80) foot radjo antenIla and <br />six (6) foot diameter satellite dish on the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />5. That a lattice design antenna, rather than a monopole, is required in this i,psmnce in order to <br />send, a direct signal to a broadcast tower. <br /> <br />6. That~e proposed use will not result in adverse effects on the public health, safety, and <br />welfare of the residents of the City. <br /> <br />7. That thepropos~d use Will not adversely impact traffic irithe area. <br /> <br />8. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous ,or otherwise detritl1ental' to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />9.
