Increment District No. 6 have been <br />paid; and ' , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined to decertify the Tax Increment District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,.. BE IT RESOLVED llY , TilE CIIYCOUNCIL OF TilE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY,' ANOKACOUNTY, STATE OFM1ISNESQTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby finds, declaresanddett;\rmines to decertify Tax <br />Increment Financing District No.6 (County Identifier 0-1} effective 8$ of the date of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Any excess tax increments collected from Tax Ihcrement Financing District No.6 <br />shall be returned to the County Auditor of Anoka County for distribution. to "thei affected tax <br />jurisdictions in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.176, subdivisio112. <br /> <br />3.
