<br />14050 Basalt Street: Staff will continue to work with Ace Solid Waste for development of the <br />site. The City attorney is drafting the purchase agreement and it should close by the end of <br />September. <br /> <br />14230 Basalt Sf NW: Building has been demolished and the site has been cleared. <br />Staff is now marketing this property along with the former Brown property to a law firm that is <br />interested in building an office there.. <br /> <br />6590 141 5t Avenue: Demolition is complete and the site will be marketed for development. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Town Center: The City is still awaiting the sheriffs sale ofthe property owned by Ramsey Town <br />Center. The scheduled foreclosure sale has been postponed twice since its original scheduling of <br />July 9th per the bank's request. It has been re-scheduled for August 31, 2007. Hopefully new <br />information will be available by the time of the meeting. <br /> <br />Additional Parcels Identified for Acquisition: Settlements for Eugene Brown and Sparkle Pool <br />have been reached. The Brown Property will be demolished in September and marketed for <br />development. Sparkle Poll will continue to operate at its present location and has the ability to <br />lease from the City until December 31, 2007.
