ORDINANCE #07- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from E-1 Employment to B-1 Business: The southern 500 feet of Outlot A, Regency Pond, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, that is described as follows to-wit-commencing at a point on the west line of said section which point is 209 feet north of the southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter as measured along said west line, then proceed east and parallel to the south line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceed north and parallel to the west line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, then proceed west and parallel to the first course to the west line of said section, then proceed south along the west line of said section point of commencement except road subject to easement of record. and That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described as follows: Commencing at a poiht on the west line of said section which point is 209 feet north of southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter as measured along said west line, thence proceed east and parallel to the south line of said section for a distance of 209 feet thence proceed south and parallel to west line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceed west and parallel to first course to the west line of said section thence proceed north along west line of said section to point of commencement, Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, except road subject to easement of record.
