<br />Mayor Gamec indicated the staff report shows six tables inside to handle about 24 people, and <br />during the summer season there will be six tables outside. Tllis would allow a maximum of 48 <br />people, which is stated in the pennit. <br /> <br />Mr. Abendroth stated in 1991 when they first started with this and the City had a special use <br />permit for Lord of Life Church, he asked where the permit was. They could not find it, and it <br />has not been found to this day as far as he knows. ' <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec indicated this infonnation was likely recorded in the minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Abendroth stated as far as he knows it has never been found. He asked whether the deli will <br />be able to be expanded. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the pennit allows six tables inside and six tables outside, with a total of 48 <br />seats. The applicant would need to come back for an anlendment to the conditional use permit to <br />expand that. <br /> <br />Mr. Abendroth stated Ms. Lublin just said that this will be nice meals and not hamburgers; that <br />sounds like more than a deli. His objection to the whole thing is putting businesses into a <br />residential area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Stronmlen, to adopt Resolution <br />#07-07-174 approving the request for an amendment to the Northern Counties Secretarial <br />Services conditional use pennit, based on the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Olson, Strommen, Dehen, Jeffrey, and Look. <br />Voting No: Mayor Gamec. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />Associate Plarmer Geisler indicated the staff recommendation includes additional landscaping to <br />be added on the south end of the site, around the daycare play area, and around the parking lot. <br />She asked if Cowlcil is also suggesting landscaping where the gated access is located. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec responded in the affmnative. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember feffrey, to grant approval of the <br />proposed site plan contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated July 3, <br />2007, revised July 19,2007, with landscaping as proposed by staff on the south end of the site, <br />around the daycare play area, arld around the parking lot, and contingent on additional <br />landscaping in the location ofthe gated access. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Garllec, Councilmembers Olson, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, arld <br />Strommen. Voting No: None.
