<br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Currently, the site is underutilized and the proposed use provides the potential to increase the <br />utilization of the property and its improvements. Despite warehousing not currently being a <br />permitted use, Staffhas not observed any conflicts with adjacent land uses and believes it maintains <br />its legal, non-conforming status.
