<br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at <br />11:19 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Trites Rolle, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to <br />recommend that City Council introduce the Ordinance to relocate the Tovvn Center sign <br />regulations and amend Section 9.12 Signs, as discussed with the amendments and <br />changes required per staffs conversations with expert advisors. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Chairperson Nixt stated his only concern was the off premise signs <br />issue because it was too restrictive. After discussion between the Commission and staff <br />regarding off premise signs the consensus was to table this item for additional working of <br />the ordinance by staff to be brought back for further discussion at the September Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Trites Rolle withdrew her motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer withdrew his second. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Trites Roll, to table <br />consideration of the proposed Ordinance to amend Section 9.12 Signs until the <br />September Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Trites Rolle, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Levine. <br /> <br />40 <br />
