D. <br /> <br />Billboards. No billboards shall be permittod in any zoning district <br /> <br />of the City. <br /> <br />9.12.05 Temporary Signs. The follo\ying are the only type of temporary signs permitted in <br />:my district unless other types are Gpecifically allowed in the indiyidual zoning districts, <br /> <br />S1:lbdivision 1.
