There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of <br />the occupant1s proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign is to <br />be affixed. A wall sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of the <br />wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />d. The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) <br />square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area <br />of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br />e. A ground sign shall not project higher than twenty five (25)te11 (10) feet, as <br />measured from based of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, <br />whichever is higher. <br /> <br />f. The gross surface area of a multi-tenant center sign shall not exceed one <br />hundred (100) square feet in gross surface area for each exposed faee nor <br />exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred (200) square feet: OR <br />shall not exeeed 15 square feet multiplied by each business located within the <br />park. whichever is greater. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Subdivision signs shall belilnited to 32 square feet in size and 10 feet ill <br />height. These signs are not permitted in the public right-of-way unless <br />authorized by City Council. <br /> <br />9.12.08l:Z- Planned Unit Developments <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The developer shall be required to submit a sign plan for approval, <br />drawn to scale with elevations. The sign plan shall include but not be limited to the following <br />information: number of signs, type of signs, sign sizes, and type of construction materials,-, ftE:Ei. <br />sign messages. <br /> <br />62 <br />
