<br />d. Location of building, structure or parcel to which, or upon which, the sign is <br />to be attached or erected. <br /> <br />e. Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest <br />buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and property lines, along <br />with location and square footage areas for all existing signs on the same <br />premises. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale." <br /> <br />f. Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of <br />construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all <br />dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and <br />details of any light shields or shades. Footing infoID1ation shall be included <br />for any permanent sign attached to the ground. <br /> <br />g. Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated for <br />dead load and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other <br />ordinances of the City, if required by the Zoning Administrator or Building <br />Official. The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the erection, <br />alteration, or relocation of a sign within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a completed application <br />and non-refundable application fee provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws and <br />regulations of the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. When a permit is denied, written notice shall be provided to the applicant <br />along \vith a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or Building <br />Official may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false statement or misrepresentation of <br />fact in the application. <br /> <br />9.12.16W Refunds <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. If an issued permit is withdrawn by the applicant within ninety (90) <br />days of issuance, and if no inspections have been made and no work authorized by the permit has <br />been performed, fifty percent (50%) of the permit fee may be refunded to the applicant. <br /> <br />66 <br />
