Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Olson, Strommen, Cook, Jeffrey and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Elvig. Case #2: Authorize Plan Preparation for Bunker Lake Boulevard Watermain Improvements City Engineer Jankowski stated that the purpose of this project is to connect the watermains installed as [part of the NW Sewer and Water Project to watermains installed by Ramsey Town Center. The pipes will be installed in the right-of-way of Bunker Lake Boulevard from Town Center Drive west to near "the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard and Bunker Lake Boulevard. These proposed watermains must be operational in order to connect the new wells to the City system. The wells are scheduled to be completed by June 1, 2007. A proposal was requested from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for this work. Motion by Councilmember Strommen and seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey to adopt Resolution #06-09-292 authorizing preparation of plans and specifications for Bunker Lake Boulevard Watermain Improvements. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Strommen, Jeffrey, Cook, Olson and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Elvig. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT 1) Happy Days Councilmember Jeffrey announced that Happy Days is this weekend. The parade route has changed - it will be coming down Sunwood Drive. City Administrator Norman stated that the White Sidewalls, who will be playing for the event, have a big tent arranged for if it rains. Councilmember Cook commented that the kick off is the teen dance on Friday night. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Olson and seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey to adjourn the meeting.
