<br />ORDINANCE #07-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE #06-31 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT <br />FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
