<br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary documentation to <br />Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to change the land use <br />designation to Places to Shop. <br /> <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification of <br />approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />, and <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />.
