<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 07-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH LAKE <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sunfish Lake Development, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1 , GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL P ARK, PLAT NO.3 <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lot 1 and Out lot A, SUNFISH LAKE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />(the 'Subject Property'); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 1, 2007, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan for SUNFISH LAKE DEVELOPMENT from the "Developer"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on August 2,2007; and <br />recommended to move it forward to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 7, 2007, the City of Ramsey received an application for Final <br />plat for Sunfish Lake Development.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 11, 2007, the City Council approved the Final plat subject to <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter revised September 7, 2007; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants fmal plat approval to Sunfish Lake Development, <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated September 7, 2007; and <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />-158- <br />
