<br />CITY OF RAl\fSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, l\IDTNESOTA <br />DEVELOPME:NT AGREEMENT -SUNFISH LAKE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />TillS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and bet\~7een the CITY OF RAJ.\1SEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Milmesota (the "CITY"), and SUNFISH LAKE <br />DEVELOPl\ffiNT, LLC, a limited liability company, whose address is PO Box 756, Anoka, <br />}'1N 55303 ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following. described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAM.SEY, COlll1ty of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 3 <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1 & Outlot A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />'VHEREAS, on September 11, 2007, pursuant to Resolution #07-09-_, the CITY <br />approved the fmal plat of the Subject Property ,which pla.t is knovro as SUNFISH LAKE <br />DEVELOPMENT (the "Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER <br />and CITY entering into this contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plat consists of one additional lot being created from an existing lot, for <br />a total of one buildable lot and an outlot. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the City Code escro'w <br />requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPER; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPER agree as follows: <br /> <br />Sunfish Lake Development <br />Development Agreement <br />September 2007 <br />lof8 <br /> <br />-160- <br />
