<br />This Ordinance #07-09-_ replaces the existing nuisance section in City Code, eliminates <br />separate sections for weeds and condition of premises regulations, and adds significant <br />enforcement mechanisms for the City to adequate address City Code violations. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
