Other safety <br />equipment is strongly advised. <br />· Extreme recklessness will not be tolerated. <br />· Show respect for others and property/equipment. <br />· No obscene or objectionable language, clothing, or gestures allowed. <br />· All skaters must have a completed registration, parent permission and emergency information form signed and <br />on file to participate or use the ramps. <br />· Youth First reserves the right to remove any participant from competition or equipment. <br /> <br />I understand and will abide by these rules and polices. This permission form is valid only for the day of the event, Saturday, September 15, 2007. In case of <br />a medical emergency if I can not be reached by phone, I authorize the adults/supervisors of Andover, Anoka, Ramsey <br />Youth First to provide medical care for my child.
