<br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan indicated the next meeting agenda will include the <br />EDA levy. Rather than to include the inflationary increase in market value from the current levy, <br />staff will recommend holding the exact dollar amount that was levied last year. Council has <br />been very meticulous as far as trying to keep the budget in mind. . Interim City Administrator <br />Nelson and Paul Donna of Northland Securities will be present to discuss the refinancing of debt <br />on the Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Member Steffen suggested that the City welcome the American Family office that has moved <br />into The building north of the old Hwy 47 Amoco site. Economic Development Coordinator <br />Sullivan indicated it is normally a Chamber function, but he could ask if the business would like <br />to do a ribbon cutting. Member LeTourneau suggested coordinating this with the Chamber. <br /> <br />Chairperson Riley inquired about plans for extension of the trail along the Holiday Station. <br />Economic, Development Coordinator Sullivan replied the trail plan shows an extension of the <br />trail. <br /> <br />MEMBER INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Member LeTourneau, seconded by Member Steffen, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
