<br />Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />Proj~ct # <br /> <br />04-STR-020 <br /> <br />Project Name 167th Avenue Extension <br /> <br />Total Project Cost $2,700,000. <br /> <br />Description I <br /> <br />This project proposes to extend 167th Avenue as a MSA collector street from Jaspar Street to Armstrong Blvd. This extension will be completed in <br />three phases. Phase 1 will include the extension from Jaspar Street where 167th Avenue currently terminates as a roadway conforming to state aid <br />standards for a collector street to Marble Street. This segment will provide access to the newly developing Brookfield Addition. Subsequent <br />phases will include the selrn1ent from Marble Street to Variolite Street and from Variolite Street to Armstrong: Boulevard. <br /> <br />Justification I <br /> <br />This roadway represents and east-west collector street through the center of the City.
