<br />~"1 <br /> <br />February 20,2007 <br /> <br />Mr. James Provincino <br />6304 Highway 10 <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Provincino, <br /> <br />On January 16,2007 I presented your December 16, 2006 letter requesting that the City <br />quit claim a 2,022 square foot parcel of property immediately south of your property <br />loc'ated at 6304 Highway 10 to the Public Works Committee for consideration. As a <br />result of discussion it was recommended to the City Council, which concurred on <br />February 13, 2007, that the City would provide you with a quit claim deed prepared by <br />the city retaining drainage and utility easements and also a trail easement over the <br />property, contingent upon your entering into an agreement to forfeit access to highway 10 <br />without compensation when this becomes necessary for transitioning highway 10 into a <br />freeway past your property. <br /> <br />If this contingency is acceptable to you, please contact me at 763 433-9826 so that I can <br />have our City Attorney prepare the necessary documents. . <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Steven Jankowski PE <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />Cc <br />Brian Olson <br />William Goodrich <br /> <br />44 <br />
