The following levels of authority were adopted: <br />City Council: Approval ofproject change orders greater than $25,000 <br />Approval of all project change orders less than $25,000 by <br />ratification at regular Council meetings <br />Facilities Committee: Approval of project change orders inexcess of$10,000 and less <br />than $25,000, ratified by City Council <br />Project Team: Approval of project change orders of up to $10,000 by Heidi A. <br />Nelson, Assistant City Administrator, ratified by City Council <br /> <br />This case represents the ratification of change orders that have been approved by the Project <br />Team and Facilities Committee. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Ratify the following change orders for the construction of the new Ramsey Municipal Center. <br />Change Order No. 1051-06 . $7,696.00 <br />Modify channels, backcharge, revise roof edge. <br />Change Order No. 1051-07 $(2,206.54) <br />Backcharge due to incorrect installation, changes to opening. <br />Change Order No. 1051-08 $1,257.00 <br />Install steel support, to guard at windows. <br /> <br /> <br />TOTAL CHANGE ORDERS FOR 6/16-10/2: <br /> <br />$6,746.46 <br /> <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for the Change Order will come from the new Ramsey Municipal Center project budget. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Consider authorizing Resolution No. 07-09-xx,Ratifying Change Orders for Construction of <br />new Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Assistant City AdministratoU) <br />Finance Officer __~. · <br />City Administratoy~ . <br /> <br />cc: 09/25/2007 <br /> <br />-101- <br />
