<br />consent#J.5 <br /> <br />APPROVE DECLARING OF SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL <br />By: Dan Bray, Building M~intenance Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Building Maintenance staff has taken inventory of the excess equipment currently stored at <br />the old City Hall. Attached to this case is a list of such items. Staff is requesting that Council <br />declare the items on the list "surplus" and authorize staff to properly dispose of them. <br /> <br />Staff is also requesting four vehicles be declared surplus property. The list of vehicles is <br />included on the attached list.
