<br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Findings of Fact#_ relating to a request from T-Mobile to construct a <br />telecommunications tower in Alpine Park; <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to approve the request for a conditional use permit based on Findings of Fact # <br />and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same, contingent upon the following items: <br /> <br />1) The site plan being revised to indicate the exact location of the Class 5 driveway, based <br />on coordination with engineering staff. <br />2) A sufficient landscaping/screening plan being submitted, indicating the construction of an <br />opaque, board fencing that adequately screens the compound from view. <br />3) The City entering into an acceptable lease agreement with T-Mobile. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to dedicate revenue generated from the lease agreement to the Park Trust Fund for use in <br />funding the Alpine Park improvements. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council deny the request for a conditional use permit based on <br />the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Assistant Community Development Director <br /> <br />/~~ <br />CC: 9/25/07 <br /> <br />-206- <br />
