To:

Ramsey City Council;

Regarding the Proposed T -Mobile Tower.

We do not want that tower constructed next to our property.

The location shown is less than 100 ft from our property line.

Lights from the tower would shine into our bedrooms and the hum

from equipment would be there 24/7 , causing us to have to keep our windows

closed to keep out the noise..

Also when power goes out there wi}l be generator noise and of course the

maintenance vehicles .

If that tower were to fall in our direction, at 165 ft , the top would be in our back yard,

not a comforting thought at all.

Living were Weare, We had to put up with the landf1ll , then came the high voltage

power lines , the walk path on two sides of out property , the park workers using

the walk path for their vehicles. Now its suggested We have a cell tower next to us.

We say enough is enough.

The tower could be constructed farther east or south of the landfill with less impact

to homes in the area

It would be nice if the City of Ramsey would give some thought to the well being
of it' s residents.

Sincerely, Yun Hui and Roger Hermanson

15115 Garnet St, Ramsey Mn 55303

-229-
