<br />Dear.Ramsey Planning . Commission, <br /> <br />I was really hoping to be at the public hearing meeting regarding the T- <br />Mobile tower construction in Alpine Park, but tonight is the Fine Arts Night <br />at Ramsey Elementary (where two of my children a~nd school). So I am <br />sending my thoughts via a letter. <br /> <br />I do live across the street from Alpine Park and if I were able to be there I <br />would voice this concern.... <br /> <br />I am worried about how this tower will affect the aesthetics of our <br />beautiful park. The city has done a wonderful job of continuing to improve <br />Alpine Park, making it a lovely place for city residents to enjoy. I'm <br />concerned that this tower will be a big "wart" on a natural landscape. (Since <br />no picture was provided I'm going by what I imagine.) <br /> <br />If I were there I would next ask this question: "Is there another place T- <br />Mobile can build this tower?" I fully realize that this tower would bring in <br />money for the city, and I know that money is always a need, but could we <br />fmd another location? Perhaps on the other side of the landfill in the <br />industrial area instead of in a residential/natural park area? <br /> <br />So if I were there I would ask you to please strongly consider fmding <br />another place for this tower.
