<br /> <br />comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning for the southern half of the property, and verification of <br />adequate drainage and utility easements during site plan review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 6, 2007 the Board of Adjustment granted a variance to cul-de-sac <br />size requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />September 13, 2007, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment, and that <br />a trail be constructed within the plat boundary along Bunker Lake Blvd; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 7, 2007, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for <br />Regency Pond 4th Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Regency Pond 4'" Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated September 20,2007 <br />. 2. Verification of adequate drainage and utility easements during site plan review <br />3.
