<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 07-09-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER CROSSING ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for final <br />plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />TJ;1at part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the northeasterly right of <br />way line of U.S. Highway No. 10 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the east line of the. Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, distant 30 feet south of the intersection of said line <br />with the southerly boundary of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence <br />northwesterly and parallel with said U.S. Highway No. 10 and 30 feet southwesterly <br />thereof, a distance of 200 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 400 feet; thence southeasterly <br />and parallel with said U.S. Highway No.1 0 a distance of 200 feet to the east line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence north along the east line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 400 feet to the point of beginning <br /> <br />(the' Subject Property'); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 2, 2007 the City received a preliminary application for River Crossing <br />Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 5, 2007, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch <br />plan for River Crossing Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 16, 2007, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for <br />River Crossing Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of River Crossing Addition <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded. by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />-326- <br />
