This will subsequently improve the game of baseball within the- <br />City of Ramsey. Fences bring a true meaning to the game of baseball and will <br />, build excitement for the kids and improve the quality of the ball field. This <br />will benefit 10-12 teams (120-144) kids within our community each and every . <br />year and bring to the City of Ramsey a great baseball atmosphere. <br /> <br />Our intention is to proceed with the project utilizing very limited resources <br />from city staff and to make this project as user friendly as possible. We will <br />however be in constant communications with city staff to determine <br />expectations and requirements with hired contractors. <br /> <br />PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br />The following statements are intended to encourage quality projects that best address needs and <br />provide optimum return on City participation.
