<br />PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone <br />Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Economic Development Authority Chair Chris Riley <br />Environmental Policy Board Chair Joe McDilda <br />Environmental Policy Board Vice Chair Michael Max <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffrey called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Chairperson Jeffrey, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Jeffrey, Councilmembers Olson and Dehen. Voting <br />No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Consider Resolution Reappointing Board and Commission Members <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone stated on December 31, 2007, the terms 0f three <br />commissioners will expire: 1) Bob Bentz - Environmental Policy Board (EPB); 2) John <br />LeTourneau - Economic Development Authority (EDA); 3) Jon Olds - EPB and Park and <br />. Recreation Commission. Ms. Reed Kone stated Jon Olds is not seeking reappointment. Mr. <br />Bentz and Mr. LeTourneau are both seeking reappointment to their respective commission. <br />Joining the Committee this evening are EDA Chair Chris Riley, EPB Chair Joe McDilda, and <br />EDA Vice Chair Michael Max. <br /> <br />Personnel Committee / August 28, 2007 <br />Page 1 of6 <br />
