Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Introduce Ordinance to Rezone Property from E-l Employment to B-1 <br />Business; Case of TSM Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that this is introducing the ordinance to <br />rezone the property discussed in Case #4 and #5. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution <br />#07-09-261 adopting Findings of Fact #0808 relating to a request from TSM Development to <br />rezone the Subject Property from E-l Employment to B-1 Business. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Olson, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Look, and Strommen.
