<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Brookfield 4th Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 23,2007 <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />c) Installation of density transition landscaping prior to issuing building permits for Block 2 <br />d) Receipt of a 2-year maintenance guarantee for the landscaping <br />e) Recording of a landscape easement <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Elvig, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 28th <br />day of August, 2007 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />UTI ON #07-08-203 <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
