Background: <br />TSM Development has applied for subdivision and site plan approval to develop a new <br />commercial project on the corner of Ramsey Blvd and Bunker Lake Blvd. The project requires a <br />zoning amendment from E -1 Employment to B -1 Business on a portion of the site. <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br />Notification: <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Final plat exhibit <br />c) Proposed ordinance <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO REZONE PROPERTY <br />FROM E -1 EMPLOYMENT TO B -1 BUSINESS; <br />CASE OF TSM DEVELOPMENT, INC. <br />By: Amy Geisler, AICP, Associate Planner <br />CASE # y <br />The City attempted to notify property owners within 700 feet of the Subject Property of the <br />public hearing, in accordance with City Code. <br />Funding Source: <br />All staff costs associated with the review of land use applications are paid for by the applicant <br />Observations: <br />The overall development site includes Outlot A of Regency Pond 4 th Addit and 2 unplatted <br />parcels on the corner of Ramsey Blvd and Bunker Lake Blvd. The site plan contemplates 3 new <br />commercial buildings on the south and 3 self - storage buildings on the north. <br />A rezoning for the 2 unplatted parcels was approved by the City Council on September 25, 2007. <br />The rezoning for the rest of the southern portion of the plat was introduced on September 25, <br />2007 and is now eligible for adoption. <br />-129- <br />
